TechChange in The Economist

|

Dear TechChange Community:

We wanted to write a brief thank-you post to everyone who has shared and commented on the recent piece on TechChange in The Economist (Geeks for Good 6/27/12). While we were thrilled to read this prominent publication’s validation our work, we were even more satisfied to see our many friends, participants, and partners share this piece with kind words about their experiences with us.

But we can’t take all the credit. The foundation of our model has always been the co-creation of a shared learning experience. If we’ve helped develop the space for technology and social change, it’s been filled by the expert speakers who provide cutting-edge content, participants willing to share their personal experiences, and funders who who make it possible.

In short, the reason for our success is you: our rich and diverse community of technologists, practitioners, and academics.

Thank you for your support. We’re looking forward to continuing learning with you.

Your biggest fans,

– The TechChange Team

PS: To celebrate the article, we broke open our classic good-news Pinata. What should we get for our next one? Let us know in the comments!
